These plain-language terms are written to be fair and clear. They don’t remove any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Your content, your responsibility. You are responsible for everything you upload, import, write, generate elsewhere and export, and for having the rights and permissions it needs (copyright, trademark, likeness/model releases, brand and platform rules). Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
Product pictures are AI-generated concept mockups, not photos of physical samples. Print-on-demand and selling results are not guaranteed.
AI Voice & Chat Concierge Disclaimer & Device-Only Privacy. Our built-in AI Voice & Chat Concierge (powered by Cloudflare Workers AI Qwen2.5 / Llama-3.3 and optional in-browser WebGPU / Offline engines) provides automated educational guidance and product support. AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified; they are never financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. 100% Private Conversation Guarantee: Your chat thread is stored strictly on your own phone/device (in browser sessionStorage) and is never visible to other visitors. When you submit a feature request, app idea, or support question, it is transmitted via a private write-only endpoint solely to the Pai Digital team for our weekly build review and support follow-up.
Third-Party Advertising, Cookies & Google AdSense / GameMonetize Disclosure. Paid subscription web apps do not display third-party ads. On our public catalog and free-to-play 3D games (boardrealm.paidigital.site and gamehub.paidigital.site), third-party vendors including Google AdSense (Publisher ID ca-pub-7713188740180490) and GameMonetize may use cookies (such as the Google DoubleClick DART cookie) or web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or aboutads.info.
These terms are an agreement between you and Pai Digital (Pai Keng Kuan, sole proprietor / 14366256 Canada Inc., Bradford, Ontario, Canada) (“we”, “us”). By buying, signing in to or using Creator Pro 3D (the “App”) you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies on this page. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
What the App is. A browser-based 3D mockup, lighting, material, and POD prompt/storyboard design studio.
Eligibility and account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy and hold an account. Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One buyer, one account: don’t share your login.
Changes. We may update the App and these terms. We’ll show the new date at the top; material changes apply from your next renewal or sign-in, and continuing to use the App means you accept them.
Ending access. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, chargebacks without contacting us first, or abuse. Access also ends when a free trial ends or a plan expires, is cancelled or is refunded.
14-day free trial (+7 bonus days for feedback). You can try Creator Pro 3D and our Pai Digital web apps free for 14 days with zero credit card required. To start, enter your first and last name and your email, confirm with a 6-digit code, and optionally claim +7 bonus free days (21 days total) by sharing 30-second feedback. One free trial per person (and per email address).
When the trial ends. Access stops automatically when the trial expires. Nothing is ever auto-charged because we never ask for a card to start a trial.
Verified Plan Options:
Purchases are processed securely through Stripe (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal (PayPal.me/paidigitalstore / paidigitalstore@gmail.com), Payhip, or Gumroad. All payment processors are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — Pai Digital never sees or stores your raw credit card number.
Individual App Plans (Creator Pro 3D): 14-day free trial (no credit card required), then US$6/month, US$61.20/year (15% off — US$5.10/mo), or US$120 one-time lifetime access (or included in the All Apps Pass at US$72/mo, US$734.40/yr, or US$1,440 lifetime).
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in 1 click via your Stripe billing portal (/__access/billing), your PayPal / Payhip / Gumroad account, or by emailing paidigitalstore@gmail.com. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for; no further charges are made. Unused parts of a billing period aren’t refunded except under the 7-day refund policy below or where applicable consumer law requires.
If your purchase is unused, corrupt (doesn’t work and we can’t fix it), or materially misrepresented, email paidigitalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email you bought with, and we’ll refund you to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, access to the App ends automatically.
This policy doesn’t limit any statutory rights you have under consumer-protection laws where you live (including Ontario CPA, US state laws, UK/EU consumer laws, and Australian Consumer Law).
The App, its code, design, text, data, images and content are owned by Pai Digital or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal use while your plan is active (or for life with a lifetime plan, as long as we operate the App).
You may not resell, sublicense, share, copy, redistribute, publish, rebrand or give others access to the App or your login, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Content you create with the App belongs to you.
Don’t use the App to break the law or anyone’s rights; to upload or create unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or harmful content; to try to access other accounts or our systems without permission; to overload, attack or probe the service; or to automate sign-ups or code requests. You are responsible for the content you put into the App and for having the rights to it.
Who is responsible. Pai Digital (Pai Keng Kuan, sole proprietor / 14366256 Canada Inc., Bradford, Ontario, Canada). Privacy Officer contact: paidigitalstore@gmail.com.
What we collect. Your email address; your first and last name if you start a free trial; a salted, hashed password if you create one (we can’t see your password); hashed one-time sign-in/reset codes (valid 10 minutes); a hashed session token; your plan status; your free-trial start and end dates; and any feedback, support questions, or "what to build next" suggestions you choose to submit. We never receive raw credit card numbers.
Private AI Chat & Weekly Build Review. Conversations in the AI Concierge stay in your own browser’s sessionStorage on your phone/computer and are never publicly viewable by other users. When you submit a build idea, feature suggestion, or support question, it is saved via a private write-only endpoint to our secure Cloudflare D1 database accessible only to Pai Digital for our weekly review and support replies.
Your data in the App. Your 3D scenes, textures, and projects stay in your browser on your device.
Service providers. The App is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database). Transactional sign-in codes and trial reminders are sent via Brevo. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, Payhip, or Gumroad. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Your rights (PIPEDA, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing paidigitalstore@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
To the extent the law allows, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, work on every device or browser, or produce any particular financial, educational, or business result. Keep backups of your work.
To the extent the law allows, Pai Digital, Pai Keng Kuan, and 14366256 Canada Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, data, business or goodwill, arising from the App or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Indemnity. If you misuse the App or break these terms or someone’s rights, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs that result for us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
